Hybula is a service provider headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with its primary network there and a direct connection to the Doetinchem facility. Network transport is backed by a large AS35133 backbone, combining peering and transit to ensure high-quality connectivity. Hybula has a presence in major Amsterdam data centers including Equinix, Interxion/DRE, Nikhef, Iron Mountain, and others. Its network is currently upstreamed by CDN77, NovoServe, and ERA-IX, giving it access to Arelion (Telia), Lumen (Level3), Cogent, NTT, GTT, Core-Backbone, Liberty Global, Telecom Italia Sparkle, HE, AMS-IX, NL-ix, Cloudflare, Google and more. In addition, the provider has optimized routes to CTGNet (AS23764), China Telecom (AS4134), China Mobile (AS58453), China Unicom (AS4837), etc., to ensure smooth service.
Their services are not cheap, but the quality is excellent, making them well-suited for hosting sites or running production workloads, and their reputation is strong. However, because the pricing is quite high, they are not very popular with budget-conscious users.
Hybula clearly states that CPU resources are shared and must not be abused by long-term heavy usage. All orders are subject to fraud checks, including MaxMind minFraud, and there is a 14-day money-back guarantee.
In terms of pricing, Hybula is not inexpensive, but it offers up to 480G DDoS protection, which is very attractive if you need strong mitigation. With Cloudflare in front, your setup is essentially very secure.
