Although this provider has a consistently poor reputation, it’s honestly hard to ignore how cheap and generous they are. They’ve recently rolled out AMD EPYC 9554 as well. With this CPU at this price point, I personally think it’s pretty decent. As for whether this is a “hearst” box, that’s up to you—I’m not going to actively recommend it.
